Martin Egan
Chief Operating Officer
Martin has 30 years professional experience working in the housebuilding sector in Scotland.
He graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Distinction) in Quantity Surveying and started his career off at Tay Homes PLC and held Commercial/Technical Management roles, prior to joining Dawn Homes in 1997 as Technical Director. In 2002 he undertook an MSc in Construction Innovation at Strathclyde Business School and graduated with Distinction.
In 2008 Martin was promoted to Managing Director of Dawn Homes, a position which he still holds. In addition to his role within Dawn Homes, in May 2020 Martin was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Springfield Group overseeing all of the brands within the Group.
