Tom graduated from Heriot Watt University in 2001 with a degree in Quantity Surveying.
He worked for three years on commercial and industrial projects before joining Springfield in 2004. He has built a team which, from small beginnings, has delivered many commercial builds and around 3,500 affordable homes.
