Heather Henderson
Group HR Director
Heather graduated in 2005 from Glasgow Caledonian University with a 1st class Honours Degree in Business Information Management.
Having previously worked in two solicitors offices, she joined Springfield in 2006 as PA to the Directors. Her interest in human resources and passion for dealing with people, saw her take on the challenge to form the Springfield HR function. She was appointed HR Manager in 2008.
She continued her studies, gaining her post graduate certificate in Personnel and Development in 2009 and post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2011 from Robert Gordon University. She became a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2013 and Group HR Director in 2017.
