Karen Campbell
Group Corporate Communications Director
Karen is a Social Policy graduate from Edinburgh University and attained her masters in Housing at Heriot Watt University.
Karen joined Springfield as Group Director for Corporate Communications in 2020 from the Scottish Futures Trust, where she led the housing programmes as a Senior Associate Director. Previously Karen was Director of Policy & Operations at Homes for Scotland, responsible for addressing challenges across the house building industry.
Karen also worked within West Lothian Council’s housing service and has undertaken a secondment to the Scottish Government where she helped deliver the Scottish Sustainable Communities Initiative.
