New energy efficient Dawn homes in Irvine now available
2nd November 2022
Dawn Homes, part of the Springfield Group, has unveiled the first selection of homes available to buy at their new development, Kings Meadow in Irvine.
The homes will create a vibrant new North Ayrshire community just off Lochlibo Road.
A selection of four and five-bedroom homes are now available to buy at Kings Meadow with prices ranging from £262,500 - £415,000. This includes the popular 4 bedroom Ness house style. With its versatile layout featuring an open plan kitchen family area, separate dining, utility, lounge and study the Ness has been designed with busy households in mind.
When complete, Kings Meadow will comprise 87 energy efficient homes in 12 different detached and semi-detached house styles. With each of the homes achieving an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B, buyers will benefit from lower energy costs and access to Green Mortgages.
The new development will be ideally located for young and growing families, with excellent connectivity and local amenities including shops, sports facilities, and health services. Kings Meadow will also benefit from nearby primary and secondary schools.
Excellent transport links will connect Kings Meadow residents to the central belt, with Glasgow less than an hour away by car or train.
Liz Cleghorn, Regional Sales Director at Dawn Homes, said:
“At Dawn Homes we’re proud to deliver beautifully built homes in superbly designed developments, and Kings Meadow is no exception.
“We are pleased to bring these much-needed family homes to North Ayrshire. Sales for Kings Meadow will be based at our Annick Gardens show home in nearby Perceton for the foreseeable future. Each of the homes have been designed with the customer in mind, are high quality and energy efficient with an EPC rating of B. This is fantastic news for buyers as it means they’ll be able to benefit from lower interest rates if they opt for a green mortgage.
“We look forward to welcoming future Kings Meadow customers to the area, to share what makes our latest community development such a special place to live.”
