The newest phase of Elgin South Village goes on sale

Glassgreen Village, part of Elgin South Village, has already proven popular with home hunters as half of the homes released were reserved at the opening weekend.
Connecting from the recently completed Crescent North phase of Elgin South, Glassgreen Village just off Birnie Road, is designed with a range of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes – including one of Springfield’s most popular house styles, the 4 bedroom Culbin.
