Demand for new Cambuslang homes continues with over 1,000 on wait list

Quality home builders, Dawn Homes, with sites in the outskirts of Glasgow, have announced the final phase of their Cambuslang development which is already sparking interest from nearly 1,400 eager home buyers. 

1,387 home hunters have registered their interest in the selection of 55 energy efficient Dawn Homes that make up the final phase of the Camas Walk development just off Bogleshole Road.

Details of the new phase are available online including the site plan and the range of three, four and five bedroom homes planned, including the three bedroom Carrick with its noteworthy storage, the popular four bedroom Nairn and the grand five bedroom Teviot across three floors. 

The homes will be available to reserve this month, with those signed up to the mailing list given the opportunity to secure the home they want before the homes are released for sale to the wider public.
