New homes approved in Dover Heights, Dunfermline
19th February 2021
Fife Council has approved plans, submitted by leading Scottish builder Springfield Properties, for 59 new homes in Dover Heights, Dunfermline.
The development will see a range of stylish two, three, four and five bedroom homes being offered just off Lapwing Drive.
Situated south of the town, Dover Heights is handily located nearby a local primary school and is just a five minute drive away from key local amenities. With easy access to the M90 and the Queensferry Crossing, the development is perfect for those who enjoy regular trips to the capital.
It is set to be the first development offered in the area by Springfield Properties, which is well-known across Scotland for its high-quality homes. With an exceptionally high level of specification included in all of their homes as standard, Springfield offers customers a choice of paint colours throughout, integrated appliances, fitted wardrobes, cabling for electric car charging points and even turf in the front and back gardens.
Lynn Houston, Head of Central Sales at Springfield Properties, said: “We’re very excited to bring a new development to Dover Heights.
“With a range of stunning homes at different sizes and price points, Dover Heights is perfect for couples and larger families alike. Nearby transport links to Edinburgh and beyond make it a great location for those looking to stay connected within the central belt, but prefer to live away from the hustle and bustle of a major city.
“Dunfermline is steeped in history and features several fantastic woodland walking routes, including the Masterton Trim Trail, which is just a few steps away from the development.”
