Tulloch Site Manager, Lewis MacKinnon, is a hat trick hero after scooping up his third successive Pride in The Job Quality Award from the NHBC.
Lewis was honoured at an awards lunch in Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel for the calibre of his work as Site Manager at Tulloch Homes’ prestigious development at The Maples, Ness Side, Inverness.
It is his third NHBC Quality accolade, winning his first in 2016. Lewis said:
“It’s a terrific boost to complete the treble at The Maples and the honour is shared with our team there.
“Attention to detail is the Tulloch watchword, with first-class procedures in place to build to an exceptional standard. We’ve been rigorous about that at The Maples to ensure we’re delivering high-quality homes for our customers.
“Sales have been extremely strong this year and we’re currently working to have house completions for next May.”
Lewis, 37, is also a talented footballer having played for Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC, and now is a player and assistant manager of Buckie Thistle, who are challenging for the Highland League championship.
Sandy Grant, Managing Director of Tulloch Homes, said:
”We’re delighted that Lewis has made it a hat-trick of awards for The Maples – a real tribute to him and his team of skilled tradesmen.
“Lewis is a product of Tulloch’s successful ‘grow our own’ strategy in developing site managers immersed in our standards. This has enabled talented Highlanders to be mentored and go on to secure promotion to key posts.
“Lewis is setting an example that our other young site managers can aspire to follow.”
